Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and would like to return or exchange an item, you can write to me at info@l-2105.com by entering "return" as the subject and indicating your order number. The return can be requested within 14 days and the shipment will be at your expense.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included. Items must be placed in an intact shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received. Products returned with signs of wear, or delivered to our warehouse outside the 14-day window will not be refunded and will be returned to the original address.

If, on the other hand, you find defects or you have been sent an item that you did not order, write me at info@l-2105.com a> by sending me a description and photographic documentation of the damaged product; the return will be entirely at my expense and I will follow you in the management, sending you a courier to help you with the return.

Please note that the actual color of our products may be slightly different from what you see online due to your monitor display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on www.l-2105.com.

In order to process the return and refund it will take 14 days from the date of delivery of the return.

NO RETURN IS PROVIDED FOR ALL CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.
